• All our bolts are 15 yards. If length is different, it will be noted in the description.

• All our Pure Tencel fabrics are 55”, all our xx fabrics are xx”. A one-inch selvage is not printed, so 55” fabrics have a print width of 53” etc.

• All fabrics are digitally printed with low impact ink certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (independent testing for harmful substances).

• We work with an environmentally and socially responsible textile mill in Indonesia. Find out more about our materials and production process here.

• If you are interested in opening a wholesale account, fill out the wholesale application form and we will get back to you within two days. Once your account is open, you are ready to place orders online!

• For the sake of simplicity and efficiency, please place all orders through our wholesale online shop. If you are unable to use the online shop, let us know and we will email you an order form to manually place your order.

• All first-time orders have a minimum of 5 bolts.

• All pre-orders placed on upcoming collections have a minimum of 5 bolts.

• There is no minimum for current customers on in stock orders. However, please note we carry a limited quantity of bolts in stock. If there is a print you are interested in, we highly encourage placing a pre-order.

• The Kaleidoscope Studio online shop accepts all major credit, Pay-Pal and offline payment (check, cashier check or wire transfer).

• All orders other than pre-orders are to be paid in full at time of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer net payment terms at this time.

• Pre-orders can either be:

  • Paid in full at the time order is placed

  • Paid 50% at the time order is placed and 50% any time prior to ship date. Please let us know if you would like to go the 50/50 route and we will send you a checkout code for paying 50% at check-out. After we will send an invoice for the second 50% to be paid before shipping.

• Fabrics available for pre-order and their anticipated ship date will be clearly labeled on the wholesale online shop and line sheets.

• All fabrics in the lookbook are guaranteed for pre-order. However, not all prints are guaranteed to be carried in-stock. We will evaluate prints’ popularity based on pre-order demand to determine which prints we will carry in-stock for the season.

• We get it, curveballs happen, and sometimes you wake up in the middle of the night with the epiphany that you should have ordered the peach colorway instead of the red (we’ve all been there). For pre-orders, email us within two weeks of placing the order to make any changes or cancel the order.

• For in stock items, any changes or cancellations to orders must be emailed within 24 hours as products are shipped within 2 to 3 days of order placement.

• Any backorders (fabrics out of stock/not for pre-order) placed will be evaluated and we will get back to you shortly to let you know the estimated time frame to print and ship. Once we let you know, you have a week to decide whether it works for you and cancel the order if you wish.

• All sales are final except for fabrics that are damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.

• First-time buyers are given a 7 calendar day grace period from time of delivery to get a refund (with a 15% of order value re-shelving fee) or full-price exchange. If you are placing your first order with us and are unsatisfied, please let us know as soon as possible so we can best help.

• If a fabric is damaged or an order is incorrect, let us know within 7 calendar days of delivery and we will send a replacement product immediately upon receiving damaged fabrics. We will cover shipping for returning the damaged product and sending out the replacement order. After 7 days, we are unable to offer a replacement for any products.

• To receive a refund or exchange on any order, the fabric cannot be altered (cut, sewn, etc).

• If the shipping box is damaged, please photograph and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping company.

• Brick and mortar retailers agree to sell at keystone price for 30 days after product is received to allow all retailers a fair profit.

• Online stores agree to sell at keystone price for 60 days after product is received.

• We still believe patience is a virtue and instant gratification and super-fast shipping are questionable at best. In considering our shipping footprint, all our orders are shipped from Denver with FedEx Ground (Insured). If you would like to ship faster or with a different company, please reach out and we will try to accommodate your request.

• We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Shipping cost will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.

We are so excited that you’re interested in buying from Kaleidoscope Studio! However, currently, we do not offer international wholesale accounts to retail stores outside the US and Canada.
